Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2.5 lbs Chicken Breasts ((about 5 breasts))
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 3/4 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion, (minced)
  • 1 jalapeno, (seeds removed and minced)
  • 1 Lime, (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Burrito sized flour tortillas
  • Sour Cream

Instruction

  • Add all chicken filling ingredients to a saute pan and cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through and can be shredded with a fork.
  • Shred chicken.
  • While chicken is cooking prepare the guacamole.
  • Warm the tortilla shells in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Place generous scoop of chicken filling across the middle of the tortilla.
  • Top chicken with a slathering of guacamole, and add a dollop of sour cream.
  • Fold burrito shut and serve.
