Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups shredded Crock Pot Shredded Beef
  • 1 bag flour tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos to taste
  • 1/4 cup salsa or Homemade Pico de Galo
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Tomatillo salsa (optional)

Instruction

  • In a nine inch, oven safe skillet or baking pan spread a layer of tortilla chips.
  • Spread half the shredded beef, the desired amount of jalapenos, 1/8th cup of the salsa and 1/2 cup of cheese over the chips.
  • Repeat the layer beginning with the chips again and ending with 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Top each serving with sour cream, your favorite salsa or homemade tomatillo salsa.
