Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 large tomato (chopped)
- 1 large cucumber (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese (chopped)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Combine all of your chopped vegetables, parsley, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper on top.
- Mix the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
- Top with some extra feta and enjoy.
