Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 large tomato (chopped)
  • 1 large cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Combine all of your chopped vegetables, parsley, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  • Pour the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Mix the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
  • Top with some extra feta and enjoy.
