Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • Hot rice, if desired

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce and soy sauce together. Add broccoli and chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Pour chicken and broccoli onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, stir then bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
