Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- Place pork on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix pecans, syrup, and brown sugar together.
- Pour mixture over the pork and place in the oven.
- Roast pork for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145-150°F.
- Remove pork from the oven and allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes. Slice pork and serve.
