Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 lb scallops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp butter (unsalted, melted)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
- 2 lemon (sliced)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- fresh cilantro (garnish)
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 400F degrees.
- In a small glass bowl add oil, butter, garlic, chili pepper flakes, salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
- Arrange the scallops in a sheet pan. Pour the garlic butter oil over the scallops, mix with your hands to combine. Add in lemon slices.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes. If you want the scallops to have a touch of golden brown, broil for an additional 3 minutes (optional). Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve with grilled vegetables.
