Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 chicken thighs (skin on and bone in)
  • 3 large sweet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 3 peppers (bell deseeded and cut into chunks)
  • 1 red onion peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 clementines cut in slices (can be satsumas or tangerines too)
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of half a clementine
  • 1 tsp garlic puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp ground all spice
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
