Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Chicken Sausage (Apple Flavor)
- 2 Sweet Potatoes (diced small)
- 6 oz green beans
- 1 1/2 T olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
- 2 C cooked quinoa
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Toss sweet potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange on sheet pan.
- Slice chicken sausage into thirds or fourths and arrange on sheet pan with veggies.
- Bake 15 minutes, toss veggies and turn sausage and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Serve warm.
