Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Chicken Sausage (Apple Flavor)
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes (diced small)
  • 6 oz green beans
  • 1 1/2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 2 C cooked quinoa

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Toss sweet potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Arrange on sheet pan.
  • Slice chicken sausage into thirds or fourths and arrange on sheet pan with veggies.
  • Bake 15 minutes, toss veggies and turn sausage and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.  Remove from oven.
  • Serve warm.
