The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- avocado
- diced tomatoes
- sour cream
- salsa
- cilantro
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- While the oven is preheating, saute up some bell peppers and onions in a small saute pan in some olive oil.
- Spread tortilla chips over the bottom of a 10x15in pan.
- Spread chicken over the tortilla chips evenly.
- Spread cooked bell pepper and onion over the chips.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the chips.
- Place in oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with desired toppings.
- Snack away.
