Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • avocado
  • diced tomatoes
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • cilantro

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 
  • While the oven is preheating, saute up some bell peppers and onions in a small saute pan in some olive oil. 
  • Spread tortilla chips over the bottom of a 10x15in pan. 
  • Spread chicken over the tortilla chips evenly. 
  • Spread cooked bell pepper and onion over the chips. 
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of the chips. 
  • Place in oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. 
  • Remove from the oven and top with desired toppings. 
  • Snack away.
