Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 gm paneer
- 250 gm mawa
- 125 gm cashew and magaz paste
- 100 gm cream
- 500 gm onion
- 1 tbspn garlic ginger paste
- 1/2 tbspn chilli paste
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 bayleaf
- 4-5 green cardamom
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tspn white pepper powder
- 4 tbsp ghee
- Salt
Instruction
- Peel and boil the onion till raw smell fades away (5 whistle on pressure cooker). Make a paste of it.
- Take a pan, add ghee and heat it. Add cloves, bayleaf, green cardamom, cinnamon stick. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it till raw smell fades away. Add onion,Cook well but keep in mind it should not be brown.
- Add grated mawa and cook it. Dn let it be brown. Add green chilli paste and white pepper powder and salt. Mix it and cook it well.
- Add cashew magaz paste and again cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add water around 3 cups. Cook it and bring it to a boil. Cook it more 5-7 min after cooking on low heat.
- Now strain it.
- Take paneer cut in cubes. Add it in strained for heavy. Drizzle cream on top. Serve it with any naam, paratha or anyother bread of your choice
