Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 15- oz cans of low sodium black beans
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1 16- oz container of sour cream
  • 1 15.5- oz jar of TOSTITOS® Medium Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons olives (diced)
  • Cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • TOSTITOS® Scoops

Instruction

  • In a large baking dish or casserole dish, add the black beans and mash
  • Layer the guacamole, sour cream, salsa and cheese on top of the beans
  • Top with diced tomatoes, olives and cilantro
  • Refrigerate until slightly firm
  • Spoon small portions into the Scoops, and serve
