- 1 lb. Napa cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 2-3 cups of baby spinach
- 2 carrots (peeled and grated)
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced (green and white part))
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
