  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 lb. Napa cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 2-3 cups of baby spinach
  • 2 carrots (peeled and grated)
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced (green and white part))
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
