Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 3 cups water
  • 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ lemon, zested
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 6 radishes, diced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced,
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 heaping tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • kosher salt, as needed
  • 4 (1” thick) yellowfin tuna steaks, about 3-4 oz each
  • ½ cup toasted sesame seeds, plus more to garnish
  • oil, for searing (I use either safflower, coconut, or avocado oil)
  • 4 small handfuls of mixed greens
