Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 3 cups water
- 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
- ½ lemon, zested
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 6 radishes, diced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced,
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 heaping tbsp fresh chopped dill
- kosher salt, as needed
- 4 (1” thick) yellowfin tuna steaks, about 3-4 oz each
- ½ cup toasted sesame seeds, plus more to garnish
- oil, for searing (I use either safflower, coconut, or avocado oil)
- 4 small handfuls of mixed greens
