Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400 g mashed sweet potato
  • 70 g tapioca starch
  • 20 g cake flour
  • sugar to taste
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, tapioca starch, cake flour, and sugar until homogenous.
  • Roll the dough into a long strip. Cut the dough into one-inch pieces and roll them into a round ball. Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand to form patties.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds onto the patties and press the sesame seeds into to patties. Repeat this step for the other side.
  • Spray oil to both sides and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 10 minutes, flip once in between.
