Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 400 g mashed sweet potato
- 70 g tapioca starch
- 20 g cake flour
- sugar to taste
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, tapioca starch, cake flour, and sugar until homogenous.
- Roll the dough into a long strip. Cut the dough into one-inch pieces and roll them into a round ball. Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand to form patties.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds onto the patties and press the sesame seeds into to patties. Repeat this step for the other side.
- Spray oil to both sides and air fry at 380F (190C) for about 10 minutes, flip once in between.
