- 10 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) white rice flour

- SAUCE
- 1 cup(s) cornstarch
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 8 clove(s) garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) ginger grated
- 2 cup(s) dark brown sugar
- 1 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup(s) shaoxing wine or dry sherry
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1/2 dash(es) mirin
- 4 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
- - sesame seeds
Instruction
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside For the chicken heat the oil until 350 degrees. Mix the egg and soy sauce together. Pour over chicken pieces. Sprinkle the rice flour over the chicken and mix well.
- Deep fry the chicken in batches until done about 3 minutes.
- Place the sauce ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and let thicken. Stir in the chicken. Serve with rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
