- ⅓ cup corn starch
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- peanut oil (for frying, about 4 cups)
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (fresh, chopped)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 scallions (chopped)
