Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pork chops or pork shoulder blade steaks
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Ingredients for salsa:
- 1 avocado (pitted and diced)
- 1 large tomato (seeded and diced)
- 1/3 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 yellow onion (finely chopped)
- pickled or fresh jalapeno to taste (chopped (optional))
- salt to taste
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix all the dry seasonings in the pork ingredients and set aside.
- Use a paper towel to pat dry the pork chop then rub both sides with olive oil. Generously season both side of the meat and air fry at 380F (190C) for 10-12 minutes, flip once in the middle, until the internal temperature exceeds 145F (63C).
- In the mean time, combine all the ingredients in for the salsa in a large bowl.
- When the pork chops are done, let them rest for a few minutes. Scoop some salsa over the pork chops to serve.
