Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 to 4 zucchinis (spiralized)
  • 15 to 20 clams
  • 6 oz. sea scallops
  • 6 oz. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 oz. cooked crab meat
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh basil (minced)
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup fish stock
  • 1-2 tbsp. cooking fat
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Melt cooking fat in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until fragrant, 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  • Add in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and chili flakes; season to taste with salt and pepper, and give everything a good stir.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Add the scallops, shrimp, and crab meat; cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the shrimp redden.
  • Add the spiralized zucchini and clams; cover and cook until clams open (6 to 8 minutes).
  • Serve the pasta topped with fresh basil or parsley.
