  • 1 pound octopus (baby)
  • 8 cups white vinegar
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled, deveined (500 grams))
  • 1 pound scallops (baby (500 grams))
  • 1 pound calamari (cut into ½ inch rings (500 grams))
  • 1-1½ cups celery (diced small)
  • 1 small red pepper (diced small)
  • 1 large carrot (diced small)
