- 1/3 cup seafood sauce, reserved from cooking seafood
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- ½ tsp nutmeg

- 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 6 cups cooked white rice
- 1 small white onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 pcs mushrooms, sliced
