Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups Prawn (peeled, entrails removed)
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil
  • honey (to taste)
  • 4 cups Watermelon (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup Basil (chopped)

Instruction

  • Season the prawns with salt and ground black pepper and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Mix together the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt, ground black pepper and honey.
  • Arrange the melon, mozzarella, basil and prawns in a bowl and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
