Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups Prawn (peeled, entrails removed)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- honey (to taste)
- 4 cups Watermelon (peeled, pitted and diced)
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 0.5 cup Basil (chopped)
Instruction
- Season the prawns with salt and ground black pepper and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Mix together the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt, ground black pepper and honey.
- Arrange the melon, mozzarella, basil and prawns in a bowl and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
