Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sea salt (divided)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar and butter.
- Add the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and 1 tsp sea salt.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
- Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the blondie batter into the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp sea salt over the blondies.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Slice the blondies into small rectangles or 9 squares.
