Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt (divided)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar and butter.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and 1 tsp sea salt.
  • Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture.
  • Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour the blondie batter into the pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp sea salt over the blondies.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Slice the blondies into small rectangles or 9 squares.
