Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Stir in the ground turkey and cheese.
  • Spoon 1/3 cup into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
