Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 12 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Stir in the ground turkey and cheese.
- Spoon 1/3 cup into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
