The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large eggs
  • 350 to 400 g sausage meat (Gluten Free as needed – if using unseasoned sausage meat, season to taste.)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp corn starch (flour)
  • 1 additional egg (beaten )
  • 5 to 6 tbsp breadcrumbs (gluten free as needed - See NOTES for home made)
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
