  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions/green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables ((frozen/fresh))
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup greens of green onions
