Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 10.75 oz can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Undiluted)
  • 1 C. Milk
  • 2/3 C. Condensed Cream of Potato Soup (Undiluted)
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 C. Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 8 Medium Red Potatoes (Peeled and Thinly Sliced)
  • 3 C. Cubed Fully Cooked Ham
  • 1 1/2 C 6 oz Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes before servings so the sauce can thicken.
