Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 (15-oz) cans whole corn kernels, (drained)
- 1 (15-oz) can cream style corn
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup butter, (melted)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8.5-oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- salt and pepper, (to taste)
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, (optional)
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out nearly clean.
