Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 inches Black pudding (sliced)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 16 Scallop (shelled, ready-to-cook)
- 2 sprigs Sage (16 leaves)
- 1 Tbsp butter
Instruction
- Fry the black pudding in a hot pan in 2 tbsp oil.
- Fry the scallops in a separate pan in the remaining oil until golden brown. Add the sage and the butter and season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Arrange the black pudding slices on plates and top each slice with a scallop and a sage leaf. Drizzle with some of the sage butter and serve.
