Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 inches Black pudding (sliced)
  • 3 Tbsps olive oil
  • 16 Scallop (shelled, ready-to-cook)
  • 2 sprigs Sage (16 leaves)
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instruction

  • Fry the black pudding in a hot pan in 2 tbsp oil.
  • Fry the scallops in a separate pan in the remaining oil until golden brown. Add the sage and the butter and season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Arrange the black pudding slices on plates and top each slice with a scallop and a sage leaf. Drizzle with some of the sage butter and serve.
