Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 forequarter lamb chops fat trimmed
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt and pepper *to taste
Instruction
- Place chops in a deep casserole dish.
- Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the chops, making sure all chops are covered.
- Bake at 180C for 2-2½ hours.
