Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 forequarter lamb chops fat trimmed
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp English mustard powder
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper *to taste

Instruction

  • Place chops in a deep casserole dish.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the chops, making sure all chops are covered.
  • Bake at 180C for 2-2½ hours.
