Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (canned (drained))
- 1/2 cup tomato (fresh (diced))
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 serving homemade protein powder
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin (ground)
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper (ground)
Instruction
- Place spinach, cilantro and vegetable stock in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend again. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
