Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas (canned (drained))
  • 1/2 cup tomato (fresh (diced))
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper (ground)

Instruction

  • Place spinach, cilantro and vegetable stock in blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients, blend again. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
