Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 8oz regular cream cheese block, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup roasted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
  • 5 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (plus more to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (plus more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • Microwave cream cheese in a microwavable bowl in 30 second increments until very soft. Stir in all other ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon to combine. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve. When ready to serve, reheat dip in microwave or in a small fondue pot. Stir again. Garnish with extra bacon and green onions, if desired. Serve warm, with crackers or breads.
