Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8oz regular cream cheese block, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup roasted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
- 5 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instruction
- Microwave cream cheese in a microwavable bowl in 30 second increments until very soft. Stir in all other ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon to combine. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve. When ready to serve, reheat dip in microwave or in a small fondue pot. Stir again. Garnish with extra bacon and green onions, if desired. Serve warm, with crackers or breads.
