- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ red onion (chopped)
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1 serrano pepper (minced (or adjust to taste))
- 1/2 inch ginger (grated)
