Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fennel seeds
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.  Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Spread out mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until starting to brown.
  • Allow to cool, then store in an air-tight container at room temperature.
