Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups cantaloupe (bite size cubes)
  • 1/2 cup tomato (bite-size cubes)
  • 1/2 cup green pepper (bite-size cubes)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp whole black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or as required)

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, cantaloupe cubes, tomato, green pepper, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, and salt.
  • Toss until all ingredients are combined well.
  • Transfer to the serving bowl.
