Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups cantaloupe (bite size cubes)
- 1/2 cup tomato (bite-size cubes)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (bite-size cubes)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp whole black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 1/4 tsp salt (or as required)
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, cantaloupe cubes, tomato, green pepper, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, and salt.
- Toss until all ingredients are combined well.
- Transfer to the serving bowl.
