  • 4 cups broccoli florets (chopped)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 140 g spinach (chopped)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg (to taste)
  • 250 g low fat cream cheese
  • 500 g 1% fat cottage cheese
  • the zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 whole eggs
  • ¼ cup egg whites (equivalent to 2 egg whites)
  • 100 g Feta cheese (crumbled)
