Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tbsp . olive oil
  • 1 tbsp . butter
  • 1/2 onion (, thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves grated/minced garlic
  • 4 pieces crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 bags of baby spinach (, cleaned)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha ((optional))

Instruction

  • Heat a sauté pan, add oil and butter, sauté the onions, once softened, about 5 minutes, add mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes more.
  • Add the Sriracha if using.
  • Add in the garlic.
  • Lower heat to low, add in spinach and the bacon, mix well.
  • Salt, pepper, and a squeeze of juice from 1/4 a lemon.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
