Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 small fennel bulb (fronds and core removed, thinly sliced)
  • 5.5 ounce French green beans (ends trimed)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • garlic seasoning (I use Jane’s Krazy Chunky Mixed Up Garlic Seasoning)
  • salt and pepper

Instruction

  • Bring a medium size pot filled with water to boil.
  • Add 1 teaspoon sea salt and green beans.
  • Boil for 3 minutes, drain and run under cold water. Set aside.
  • In a pan over high heat add olive oil, fennel and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add green beans and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, cook for one minute and season with garlic salt. Serve.
