Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 beet greens (from 6 beets, washed and patted dry)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- Heat a sauté pan or wok on medium
- Add beet greens and stand over them and stir them while they sauté
- After 5 minutes, add garlic and salt
- Sauté for another 2 minutes
- Beet greens should be darker in color and slightly limp
- Place greens into serving bowl and run to the table
- Plop on plate with main dish or use as salad greens
- Eat
- Get infused with all the nutrients
