Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 beet greens (from 6 beets, washed and patted dry)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Heat a sauté pan or wok on medium
  • Add beet greens and stand over them and stir them while they sauté
  • After 5 minutes, add garlic and salt
  • Sauté for another 2 minutes
  • Beet greens should be darker in color and slightly limp
  • Place greens into serving bowl and run to the table
  • Plop on plate with main dish or use as salad greens
  • Eat
  • Get infused with all the nutrients
