Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 red cabbage (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 apples (sliced)
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
Instruction
- In a large sauté pan, add oil and heat over medium high heat.
- Add cabbage, onions and water and cook for about 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
- Stir apples, vinegar, brown sugar and caraway seeds and cook until all liquid is evaporated and apples are tender.
