  • 1 bunch enoki mushrooms, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

Instruction

  • In a wok or medium skillet over medium-high heat, warm the oil. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly golden.
  • Add the mushrooms and toss to coat. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes, until slightly wilted.
  • Add the soy sauce and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute more, until warmed through.
