Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 800 g thick sausages cut into chunks browned
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 onions halved sliced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 3 tbs plain flour
- 2 1/2 cups Massel Beef Style Liquid Stock *optional
- 2 tbs tomato chutney
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Instruction
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add flour and stir until golden brown.
- Add stock and sauces, and stir until thickened.
- Reduce heat and add sausages, then simmer covered for 30 minutes.
