Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 800 g thick sausages cut into chunks browned
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 onions halved sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 3 tbs plain flour
  • 2 1/2 cups Massel Beef Style Liquid Stock *optional
  • 2 tbs tomato chutney
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

Instruction

  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • Saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
  • Add flour and stir until golden brown.
  • Add stock and sauces, and stir until thickened.
  • Reduce heat and add sausages, then simmer covered for 30 minutes.
