Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 12oz (360gr) sausages, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika, (smoked)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs Dijon_style mustard
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 3/4 cup (15oz, 450gr) whole tomatoes, chopped, with all juices
- 1 3/4 cup (15oz, 450 gr) cannellini (white beans), drained and rinsed
- 1 1/4 cup (4oz, 120gr) curly pasta
Instruction
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, and sauté 1 minute.
- Add onion and sauté 5 minutes.
- Add sausage, garlic, and sauté until sausage is browned, 5 – 7 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, their juices, and the cannellini, turn heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
- When pasta is done, drain and add to skillet, stir to combine and serve.
