- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 8 oz (227 g) white button mushrooms, quartered
- 2 cups (500 ml) shredded green cabbage, firmly packed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen peas
