Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound mild or hot pork sausage links, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 red new potatoes, quartered
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon tried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large rimmed baking dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through, the vegetables are tender, and everything is beginning to brown. Divide among four plates.
