Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 small Sausage
  • 12 small potatoes (precooked)
  • 1 Red onion (sliced, layers separated)
  • 1 white onion (sliced, layers separated)
  • 12 bay leaves
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 6 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
  • 4 wooden Skewer

Instruction

  • Heat the oven to 220°C (220°C in a fan oven) 425°F, gas 7.
  • Skewer the sausages, potatoes, onions and bay leaves alternately on the kebab sticks.
  • Season the oil with parsley, salt and ground black pepper. Place the kebabs on a baking tray and brush with the oil mixture.
  • Place in the oven and cook for 10 mins. Then switch on the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve on preheated plates.
