Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 small Sausage
- 12 small potatoes (precooked)
- 1 Red onion (sliced, layers separated)
- 1 white onion (sliced, layers separated)
- 12 bay leaves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 4 wooden Skewer
Instruction
- Heat the oven to 220°C (220°C in a fan oven) 425°F, gas 7.
- Skewer the sausages, potatoes, onions and bay leaves alternately on the kebab sticks.
- Season the oil with parsley, salt and ground black pepper. Place the kebabs on a baking tray and brush with the oil mixture.
- Place in the oven and cook for 10 mins. Then switch on the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve on preheated plates.
