  • 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, pork, or beef
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 8 ounces cremini (baby portobello) mushrooms (chopped)

  • 20 oven-ready (no-boil) lasagna noodles (1-1/2 packages)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
