Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 (14 oz.) smoked sausages, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1.5 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Preheat grill for medium to medium high heat.
- Place sausage, beans and potatoes in a large bowl. Add oil, and seasonings/spices and toss to coat well.
- Spray 6 large sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Divide the sausage and vegetable mixture between the foil sheets. Tightly seal the foil packs.
- Place the foil packs on the preheated grill and cook for about 18-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking time.
