Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 (14 oz.) smoked sausages, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1.5 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat grill for medium to medium high heat.
  • Place sausage, beans and potatoes in a large bowl. Add oil, and seasonings/spices and toss to coat well.
  • Spray 6 large sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Divide the sausage and vegetable mixture between the foil sheets. Tightly seal the foil packs.
  • Place the foil packs on the preheated grill and cook for about 18-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking time.
