Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. Breakfast Sausage
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 T butter
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons coarse black pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Stir in butter to melt. Add flour; mix well. Gradually stir in milk and salt; bring to a simmer and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste; cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over split biscuits.
