Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 T butter
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons coarse black pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Stir in butter to melt. Add flour; mix well. Gradually stir in milk and salt; bring to a simmer and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste; cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over split biscuits.
