Ingredients
The following ingredients have 48 Servings
- 12 ounces sausage
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
- 12 ounces thin pizza crusts ((2 large pizza crusts))
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 4 ounces goat cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup dried plums (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450*F.
- Heat a large skillet over medium. Add sausage to skillet. While cooking, break up with a spoon into sausage crumbles. Add diced yellow and red bell peppers, and sauté for 7 minutes until peppers are soft. Drain and set aside.
- Sprinkle one ounce of mozzarella cheese over each pizza crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dried plums on each pizza. Top each pizza evenly with sausage-bell pepper mixture. Crumble 2 ounces of goat cheese on each pizza.
- Put pizzas directly into preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is crispy.
- Sprinkle each pizza evenly with parsley and enjoy!
