Ingredients

The following ingredients have 48 Servings
  • 12 ounces sausage
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
  • 12 ounces thin pizza crusts ((2 large pizza crusts))
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 4 ounces goat cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup dried plums (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450*F.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium. Add sausage to skillet. While cooking, break up with a spoon into sausage crumbles. Add diced yellow and red bell peppers, and sauté for 7 minutes until peppers are soft. Drain and set aside.
  • Sprinkle one ounce of mozzarella cheese over each pizza crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dried plums on each pizza. Top each pizza evenly with sausage-bell pepper mixture. Crumble 2 ounces of goat cheese on each pizza.
  • Put pizzas directly into preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is crispy.
  • Sprinkle each pizza evenly with parsley and enjoy!
