Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 6 cups sourdough bread (cut into ¾" cubes)
  • 1 pound ground sage sausage ((regular sausage is fine if you can't find sage))
  • 1 cup chopped onion (about 1 small onion)
  • ¾ cup thinly sliced celery (about 2 medium ribs)
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh sage or 2½ teaspoons dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1½ teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 granny smith apple (cored and chopped small)
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • ¾ cup turkey or chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted )
